free boat ride helpful buses damaged cues no valet

the free boat ride was a nice perk. the complimentary buses to the malls were helpful for getting around..

i found the billiards table cues were completely damaged. also, there was no valet service available for parking.

cold tacos messed up order

The room was nice enough. Housekeeping sorted out a smell in the room after I reported it (it may have been a drain issue).

The beef tacos I ordered from Luchador arrived cold. I hate complaining about food, but that was not good. The beach bar messed up my pasta order (I asked for no chicken, it came with chicken).

fantastic stay!

scenic views mexican restaurant

the staff was consistently polite and efficient. our balcony offered scenic views, a definite highlight. i also found the provided water in the room quite useful. the mexican restaurant was a standout, i enjoyed the cuisine .

i noticed considerable noise within the room. it wasn't completely soundproof. i often heard activity occurring on my floor. this did impact relaxation at times.
